Living your best

Health • Wellness • Balance

Be a happy, healthy global warrior

As a serial expat, I know it can be challenging to maintain a personal commitment to wellness, especially each time I move somewhere new. So over the years, I’ve made wellness part of the adventure. Finding the best local markets or the perfect place for a morning pilates session brings balance and serenity to every day. Even the smallest changes can make staying healthy easy, whether you’re traveling the world or exploring your own hometown.

Together, we'll co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.

Cultivating healthy habits

Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find the changes collectively create a much larger impact than they originally expected.

FOOD + nutrition

No one diet works for everyone. We'll work together to design a personalized approach that's appropriate for you based on age, health, activity level, where you live, your goals, and your personal tastes.

whole body wellness

What feeds you? We are fed not only by food but by other factors in our lives. Healthy relationships, regular physical activity, a fulfilling career, and spiritual practice can fill your soul and satisfy your hunger for life.

travel + staying sane

Maintaining wellness can be tough, especially on the move. Exploring a new place is like a fabulous vacation: a break from routine that makes every day special. But that little break can quickly lead to breaking good habits.

Good habits go where you go

My approach to nutrition encourages a focus on whole foods that are easy to prepare. Whenever possible, I help clients find local and sustainable sources for produce.

My philosophy about nutrition amounts to this: It’s less about diet and rules, and more about wellness and connection.
