Lise has been such a force for positive change in my life. A natural coach in every sense, her approach is both holistic and realistic. She is a down-to-earth and supportive mentor with an extensive wellness background and tremendous ability to connect with people where they are. Lise looks at the whole picture, and rather than preaching or following trends, she encourages you to find a path that works for you, so that even when you stray sometimes (it happens!), you can easily find your way back. “Lise helped me set goals”
I met with Lise last summer on a family vacation. I attended several of her yoga classes, including the aerial yoga which I highly recommend. She also did my wellness profile, I was surprised by the results and actually implemented several of her recommendations including the 16:8 fasting which I do 4-5 days a week I also tried the bone broth.
