As a wellness coach, I offer guidance and inspiration to help clients shift their behavior to healthier habits. While working with me, you will develop a deeper understanding of the foods and lifestyle choices that work best for you, and I will help you implement lasting changes that improve your energy, balance, and health. Instead of prescribing one diet or one way of exercising, I will focus on helping you become self-sufficient by observing your body’s responses to various modifications and choosing health-promoting behaviors that work for you. 

It is my goal that each session leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to find balance in all of the important areas of your life: love, relationships, and goal fulfillment. I will carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life.
